1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made by email or through the booking platform where you made your reservation.

The cancellation date and time will be based on when we receive your request during our business hours (Japan Standard Time).

Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (JST)

2. Cancellation Fees

Private Day Tours

• 8 days or more before the tour: No cancellation fee

• 7–4 days before the tour: 30% of the tour price

• 3 days to 1 day before the tour: 50% of the tour price

• On the tour date or No Show: 100% of the tour price

Customized Tours (Including Overnight Trips)

Cancellation fees may vary depending on hotels, transportation, restaurants, and other suppliers.

The applicable cancellation conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

 

3. Non-Refundable Expenses

The following expenses may not be refundable regardless of the cancellation date:

• Hotel reservations

• Train, airline, or other transportation tickets

• Admission tickets

• Sports or event tickets

• Restaurant deposits or prepaid meals

• Any other costs already paid to third-party suppliers

 

4. Changes to Your Booking

We will do our best to accommodate requests to change your travel dates or itinerary.

However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or cancellation fees.

 

5. Cancellation by YOKOHAMA LIT LLC

If we cancel a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or refund the unused portion of the tour.

Please note that we cannot reimburse expenses arranged independently by guests, including flights, hotels, or other personal travel costs.

 

6. Late Arrival

Tours may begin as scheduled even if guests arrive late.

No refunds will be provided for any portion of the tour missed due to late arrival.

 

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
