These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and customers regarding the use of our Services.

 

Article 2. Services

Customized travel planning
Domestic and inbound travel arrangements
Private guided tours
Hotel, transportation, attraction, and sports event reservation assistance
Travel consultation and related services

The Services provided may vary depending on each customer's request.

 

Article 3. Booking

Customers may apply for our Services using the methods designated by the Company.

A service agreement is formed when the Company accepts the customer's booking request.

 

Article 4. Fees and Payment

Service fees, tour fees, and travel arrangement fees are stated in the quotation, booking confirmation, or invoice issued by the Company.

Payment methods and deadlines will be specified separately.

If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

 

Article 5. Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation fees are subject to our Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, our Travel Conditions.

Hotels, transportation providers, attractions, and other third-party suppliers may have their own cancellation policies, which shall take precedence where applicable.

 

Article 6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Comply with applicable laws and facility regulations.
Follow the guide's instructions regarding safety.
Respect other guests and avoid causing inconvenience to others.

 

Article 7. Suspension of Services

The Company may suspend or cancel all or part of the Services in the following circumstances:

Natural disasters or severe weather
Transportation delays or cancellations
Infectious disease outbreaks
Government orders or restrictions
Any other circumstances where the Company determines that it is unsafe or impractical to provide the Services

 

Article 8. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:

Weather conditions or other force majeure events
Delays or cancellations by transportation providers
Services provided by hotels or other third parties
Accidents, theft, or loss caused by the customer's own negligence
Illnesses or injuries arising from the customer's health condition

This limitation does not apply where such damage results from the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

 

Article 9. Prohibited Conduct

Customers must not:

Violate any applicable laws or public order.
Disturb or harass other customers.
Threaten, abuse, or harass guides or Company staff.
Submit false or misleading information.
Interfere with the Company's business operations.

 

Article 10. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, photographs, text, and other intellectual property related to the Company's website, brochures, and other materials belong to the Company or their respective rights holders.

 

Article 11. Privacy

The Company handles customers' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

Article 12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Any revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Company's website.

 

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
