Tour price
1. The displayed price includes consumption tax.
2. Group rates are available. These are indicated in the application tab for each location.
Payment methods and customer information
1. Payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card
2. Payment timing: Processing immediately after booking.
3. Payment deadline: 12 hours before the scheduled tour.
Note: Tour applications must be submitted at least 12 hours before the event.
4. Additional charges: No shipping fees apply.
Cancellation Policy
1. If the event is canceled within 12 hours: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
2. If you cancel within one day of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Tour Management Guidelines
1. Rainy weather: The tour will proceed as scheduled.
2. In case of storms or natural disasters: If safety cannot be ensured, the event will be canceled. In such cases, notification will be sent by email.
